Kostas Bakoyannis is the Mayor of Athens. From 2014 to 2019 he served as the Regional Governor of Central Greece and from 2011 to 2014 as the Mayor of Karpenisi.
Born in 1978 in Athens, he graduated from Millfield School (UK) in 1996 and studied History and International Relations at Brown University (USA). He continued with postgraduate studies in the field of Public Administration and Political Sciences with a specialization in macroeconomics, at the John F. Kennedy School of Harvard University (USA). In 2019 he obtained a doctorate (Ph.D.) from the University of Oxford (United Kingdom) in the field of Political Science and International Relations
He has worked in the European Parliament and the World Bank in Kosovo, he has been an advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and he has worked as a manager in the private sector.
He is a member of the European Council on Foreign Relations and participates in the Council of personalities of the Hellenic Solutions Network for Sustainable Development of the United Nations (SDSN).
He has fulfilled his military obligations in the Special Forces of the Greek Army as a Commando – Paratrooper.
He speaks English and German.
Kostas Karamanlis was born in 1974 in Athens and comes from Serres.
He studied History and Economics at Hamilton College in New York and then graduated from Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy in Boston.
He was elected the first member of Parliament of Serres in the 2015 elections, when he claimed for the first time the cross of his fellow citizens, and was re-elected – again first – in the elections of July 7, 2019.
In the period January 2016 – June 2019, he was Head of Infrastructure and Transport of the New Republic.
On July 9, 2019, he was sworn in as Minister of Infrastructure and Transport.
Before engaging in politics, he developed an intense professional activity as an economist and business consultant.
From 2002 to 2004 he worked at the Swiss investment bank UBS Warburg in London, while in the period 2004-2014 he worked as a manager in a shipping company based in Piraeus.
He is a member of the Board of Directors and Head of International Relations of the “Konstantinos G. Karamanlis” Foundation, as well as a member of the International Board of Trustees of the Fletcher School.
George Vassilakis studied Modern History and Business Administration at the Georgetown University of Washington DC. Following graduation and completion of his military obligations he worked for a year in Spain. When he returned to Greece he worked for the AUTOHELLAS Group at the SAAB Importing Company and during the next ten years he gradually undertook the monitoring of the automotive distribution activities of the AUTOHELLAS Group.
These include AUTOTECHNICA / VELMAR, distributor and repairer for 15 automotive brands, as well as of the importers HYUNDAI HELLAS, KIA HELLAS and TECHNOCAR (SEAT). He is a member of the Board of Directors of AUTOHELLAS, AEGEAN and PHAEA RESORTS.
Mr. Vassilakis is a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of Motor Vehicle Importers and Representatives, in which he is President for 14 years now. He is married and has three sons.
Alexandra Sdoukou is a lawyer, permanent employee at the Management Organisation Unit of Development Programmes (MOU S.A.) under the Ministry of Economy and Development. Since 2004, she is working as legal advisor in the public administration in various positions at the Ministries of Economy, Development and Environment, Energy & Climate Change.
She has been specialised as energy policymaker, working with all Energy Ministers from 2007 to 2015. From 2012 to 2015, she was Head of Cabinet at the Minister of Environment, Energy & Climate Change, competent to develop policy formulation, implementation and monitoring on a wide range of energy and environmental projects.
From October 2017, she was Advisor to the President of Nea Dimokratia on energy and natural resources.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Democritus University of Thrace, a Master’s Degree LLM in European Commercial Law from the University of Bristol U.K., and a M.Sc. in International & Economic studies from the Athens University of Economics & Business.

My name is Giannis Saltas and I am the leader of Prom Racing for the 2022-2023 season.
I am a graduate student in my 4th year in the School of Mining and Metallurgical Engineering in NTUA and this is my 4th year in the team.
From 2019 until 2021 I was working on the aerodynamic package and mostly on the front and rear wing.
In the 2021-2022 season I was working on manufacturing essential parts of the car and assembling the whole car.
Vassilis Kikilias was born in Athens in 1974.
He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Athens. He is an orthopedic surgeon, a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Athens, with a postgraduate degree from the National School of Public Health.
He is a graduate of the Lycée Leonin of Nea Smyrni. As a basketball player, he has played for Panionios, AEK and the National Teams.
In 2006 he was elected Municipal Counselor at the Municipality of Athens and then took over as President of the Youth and Sports Organization of the Municipality of Athens.
In 2010, as a candidate for Attica Regional Governor, he became the leader of the Major Opposition of the Attica Region. At the same time, he assumed the duties of Deputy Program Secretary of Nea Dimokratia.
In 2012, he was elected Member of the Greek Parliament for the Athens voting district with Nea Dimokratia and from June 10, 2014 until January 2015, he served as Minister of Public Order and Citizen Protection.

Dr Haris Doukas is an Assoc. Professor at the School of Electrical & Computer Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens, Greece.
His field of expertise is related with the development of decision support systems for energy and climate policy, placing the human factor at the core of the modelling processes.
He has more than 200 scientific publications in international scientific journals, 1 book in Greek and 2 Book in English, as well as numerous presentations in international conferences, chapters, articles in technical books and magazines respectively.
For his work, Dr. Doukas has been awarded by the NTUA, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH), the State Scholarship Foundation (IKY), the Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG), the Hellenic Operational Research Society (HELORS), as well as the World Renewable Energy Council (WREC).
I was born in Heraklion on May 19, 1976 and I am married to Kallia Garefalaki with whom we have 4 children, Despina, Aspasia, Antonis and Manolis.

Mr. Vangelis Fytalis holds a degree in economics (Maitrise De Sciences Economiques – Mention Economie Et Gestion De L’Entreprise) from Pierre Mendes France Academie De Grenoble. He is a graduate of Leontio Lyceum of Smyrna.
He started his professional career at the insurance company NN while he joined the Autohellas workforce in 1992 in the position of Financial Analyst and Leasing Costing Manager.
In 1997 he moved to sales and to the position of Leasing Sales Manager in 2001.
Since 2017 he holds the position of Commercial Leasing Director and is responsible for marketing, customer service and sales of the Leasing department of Autohellas.
Antonis has been the head of Digital Transformation at ERGO since January 2019. He is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AEUB) and holds a master’s degree from Lancaster University.
He has experience in the Insurance industry as he has participated in digital transformation projects related to the creation of digital applications for clients and partners, product and service design, telematics projects, communication actions through digital channels as well as process automation using robotics and other initiatives around Digital and innovation.
In his free time, he tries to go on nature trips, although his little daughter now claims more of his time!
Dr Ioannis N. Tzortzis was born in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, Greece. He is the President of the Legal Experts Committee of the Just Transition Development Plan (JTDP, www.sdam.gr), the Legal Counselor of the JTD Special Authority, Attorney at Law at the Supreme Court, Regulatory Authority for Energy and Associate Lecturer of the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace, specialized in Energy and Environmental Law, as well as Law of Public Procurement.
He has been elected as a lifetime Member of the Board of Directors of the “Lilian Voudouri” Foundation. He is Member of the “Council of Energy and Tax Reform” of the “Elliniki Etairia of Environment and Culture”. He is the representative of the “Greek In-house Lawyers Association” to the “European Company Lawyers Association (ECLA)”. He studied Law, Culture Management and Photography in Greece, England and Belgium. He is a Graduate of the Athens Law School. He holds a Phd of the Queen Mary College, University of London, an LLM of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a DEA of the University of Brussels, an MA of Panteion University, Athens, and a Certificate on Regulation of Energy Utilities of the European University Institute, Florence.

He has extensive academic and research experience on topics related to transportation planning and engineering, highway design, road safety, and emerging transportation technologies and systems (such as urban air mobility, hydrogen aviation, and automated vehicles). Athanasios Staveris is a graduate of the Department of Physics of the National Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics from the National Technical University of Athens, a PhD in High Energy Physics from the National Kapodistrian University and MBA for Executives from the University of Plymouth.
